This is a disaster to the nation that laws ( in fact Flaws) like 498A, DV, Maintainence laws etc are been there in india to harress the innocent husbands and family and even if found false there is no punishment for the same. Despite the hardships faced by the husbands, they are not been recognised by this government. Shame to the nation because of such unworthy politicians who are ruining many innocent lives of men, women, children even pet animals which were named in the 498A cases.
Since there is a provision made they misuse. If a severe punishment with penalty is been made then they would not misuse the laws and resources of the country.
Hope the soceity realise the same and give a best punishment for the government which had brought such laws at the earliest and also roll back or include punishment and penalty clause for the same.
in india lawmakers fail to understand the essence of justice i.e. equality of law and equal protection. they fail to understand that all laws should support fundamental right granted by constitution. all they know is to how to get votes. it is the vote bank that lawmakers care for.
indian society is so barbaric and inhuman that no mass protest has ever arranged against these inhuman laws. instead those who protest are often ridiculed in public forum. hats off to indian society and its lawmakers.
